On 13 April Changi Airport Group (CAG) unveiled three master consultant teams to provide architectural design and engineering consultancy services for the new Terminal 5 (T5) at Singapore Changi, as well as the satellite terminal, ground transportation centre, and main landside access road.
At the same time, CAG also announced the appointment of master consultants for T5-related landside and airfield works.
The Singapore division of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is working with Heatherwick Studio and Architects 61 Private Limited on architectural design services; the Singapore divisions of Arup and Mott MacDonald, as well as Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd, are the lead engineering consultants; and DP Architects Pte Ltd will provide design services for commercial areas of T5.
