Unisys announced on 9 May that it is providing its new LineSight software solution to assist the Targeting and Analysis Systems Program Directorate (TASPD) in US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
LineSight will support the TASPD Office of Information and Technology. The time-and-materials task order from the federal government is worth an undisclosed amount. A six-month base period will be followed by 10 six-month options.
Unisys released LineSight in March 2018. The software platform includes a range of capabilities, such as Big Data analytics, cloud computing and biometrics, which will enable CBP agents to conduct automated and targeted screening of high-risk cargo shipments and travellers.
