Letiště Praha, operator of Václav Havel Airport Prague in the Czech Republic, renewed its extensive partnership agreement with Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) of South Korea on 22 May.
The new memorandum of understanding extends the original agreement that was signed in 2013. It emphasises co-operation on airport operations and development, security improvements, and the customer experience, as well as sustainable growth.
“We will continue to establish strategic partnerships with East European airports that have much growth potential, and equip Incheon International Airport with differentiated hub competitiveness,” remarked Il-Young Chung, president and CEO of Incheon International Airport.
Specialists from Prague and Incheon agreed to co-operate on digitalisation, biometrics, robotics, and other new technologies.
