UK business aviation gateway TAG Farnborough Airport has received the green light for a reclassification of its airspace, CEO Brandon O’Reilly announced on the first day of the Farnborough International Airshow being held from 16–22 July.
O’Reilly added that the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) had approved the proposal to switch to Class D from Class G airspace just a week before the show began.
