Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) is to provide its R&S VCS-4G IP voice communications system for the new digital air traffic control tower at Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.
“With our system, Cranfield has chosen a seamless and fully-integrated solution, which addresses the airport’s current communication requirements, and is capable of being adapted and modified as the airport grows in size and functionality,” said Constantin von Reden, vice-president Market Segment ATC at Rohde & Schwarz.
