Dubai National Air Transport Association (dnata) has implemented a new resource management system (RMS) for its operations at Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Central airports.
The new software platform and analytics are intended to help the company optimise operations and efficiently manage its 20,000 employees and assets at the two sites.
The RMS from German software firm INFORM will also allow dnata to apply artificial intelligence-driven solutions and autonomous vehicles in the future.
The system will be gradually implemented across dnata ground-handling and cargo operations from June.
