Changi welcomes new leader for emergency team

(Changi Airport)The Airport Emergency Service (AES) at Singapore Changi is undergoing a change of leadership with the retirement of Cletus Majella John Packiam on 19 May after 12 years in post.

Packiam will be succeeded by Alvin Lee, who has worked in the Changi AES since 2012. Lee was responsible for all strategic and operational planning as AES head of planning – managing the emergency services for commercial airports and Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) bases.
