Frequentis is to provide a demonstration remote tower system for Airways New Zealand.
The digital tower solution “will be supported by additional situational awareness tools such as target tracking and infrared capabilities”, Frequentis stated.
Airways New Zealand expects to handle an average of 4.3% more flights per annum over the next 20 years, including unmanned aerial vehicles.
